OUR CENTER

At Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Wyomissing, our customers always come first. We offer short-term rehabilitative, as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support to all we serve.

Our center offers a specialty program in pulmonary care. We have a pulmonologist who makes regular consults. This physician works closely with our staff, including an on-site, full-time respiratory therapist. Patients and residents are also included and encouraged to participate in their care planning.

Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.
